Very VERY HELPFULL. Their translation services are quick and accurate. I recommend going with one of their more advanced packages where they do all the work and take you to tge places you need to go. They have ways to speed things up and smooth things over through their connections in various agencies.

Their services were dreadfully unacceptable. Although I stressed the importance of IMMEDIATE translation which I would gladly pay for and requested that I be advised when the translation would be done, they failed to even call me after my 3 followup emails demanding a reply. When I finally again called the main person, she hadn't even begun the translation and didn't know when she would get to it. What's most frustrating is that out of the 4 emails I sent, she overlooked my first one and didn't find it until after I called and asked why she had not replied, and out of the next 3 emails I sent, she advised me that she had never read them! Since the translation involved a very time-sensitive visa application, she put me in a very bad position. Don't depend on this company so they can't let you down!
