The passport office is conveniently located in an area where there is sufficient parking for all. It is always busy and crowded. However, once inside the section that you have come for, Reactions are normally pretty quick if all the documents are available. They can be a little picky and fussy over certain documents and insist on a document being in a way that would make no sense. Overall, a decent experience.

I was missing one document for visit visa...and I needed it on the same day, since my wife got stuck at airport arrival due to residency expiry... The gentleman asked me to get the whom it may concern document with seals from indian embassy and mofa...I reached at closed hours but he was kind enough to understand my situation and help issue the visa.. Thanks a lot sir
I came here to transfer the residency information from Old passport to new, for my wife. Very well planned place, very efficient and welcoming staff. The whole process took around 15 min (I reached the place around 7:30am). God bless kind people.
Need to take token for all kind of services.. Normal timing 8 to 3. Ramadan timing : 8 to 2.. For family/Domestic/visiting visa : First Floor . there will be a queue from morning 7 itself.. visa will get within half & hour if documents are proper.
I went to apply for a permanent visa for my wife I reached there before 9 am I got a token number 2 they started at 9:50 and my visa was issued by 10:10 a.m. The staff is very cooperative and the visa processing is very fast. As individually should ensure your documents are proper so that there will be no problem.
