As somebody who just bought his third watch at Wempe Paris, I thought it was time to leave a review about this boutique. I was rather surprised to read the negative comments (far-fetched from my regular experience), as I have been to the store multiple times over the past 7 years and have always been made feel very welcome by the team. Buying a watch can be a daunting experience. You just don’t buy a luxury watch every day, it’s a decision that —if made well— will last for many years. The buying experience must then be perfect. And that is just what Wempe does in Paris. In each of my visits, I have always gotten excellent advice and counsel from the boutique’s director, Sirka, and her team. They really take the time to understand your needs and preferences. As somebody who knows watches rather well, I always learn something new from them. What I also appreciate is that one never feels pressured to buy any product, which is a very important factor when making a decision of buying a luxury watch. What I also value from Wempe Paris is that they will bend over backwards to find a model that might not be currently at the boutique, and they will do their absolute best to bring it to Paris as soon as possible. This is how I bought two of my last watches. From experience, very few boutiques can do this with such dedication and professionalism. Whether I buy something or not, I always leave the store with a smile given the team’s very friendly and passionate approach. Congratulations to them for keeping the face-to-face boutique experience up to excellent standards that are hardly found elsewhere these days!

Arrogant and ignorant woman (With a German accent). The sales woman wasn't treating me nicely, and she didn't know what she was talking about... Didn't know how the watch was made. If you want to be arrogant, be knowledgeable at least. Such behavior is doing bad to the watch world and community.

We bought my engagement ring in this store almost 27 years ago which I still adore and still receive compliments on the ring ....visited the store again 2 weeks ago as I no longer have the rings certificate also I was interested in the possibility of having a ring to wear with it as it is an unusual design ...however the gentleman who allowed us into store was less then helpful and had no interest in us at all just said sorry its too long ago ...I was hugely disappointed as I thought the very least there would have been some mention as to the longevity of the ring ...nothing it was bordering on rude ...my husband and I just looked at each and left the store very very very bad customer service .....we all know how sentimental engagement rings are and special it was for us to return to the store after that length of time ..Im now visiting Paris regularly now and visited another well known jewellery store and the most welcoming experience

Laughably poor attitude by salesperson that greeted me today. Very unhelpful and disdainful demeanor. I was hoping to buy a watch to mark a good year and thought doing it in Paris would be memorable. Instead, I left shaking my head and laughing. Save yourself the time and the blows your view of humanity will suffer and skip this store.
