En plus d'être accueillant et aimable, le bijoutier est sympathique et professionnel. A l'écoute de sa clientèle, il est de bon conseil et transparent dans ce qu'il fait. Les transactions sont rapides (24h pour ma part) je recommande vivement.
Il existe encore de vrais commerçants, serviables, compétents et de bon conseil. M. Botazzi est de ceux-là. Les montres proposées sont parfaitement préparées. La mienne était comme neuve, bien qu'ayant plus de 20 ans. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance.
Après une demande d'évaluation des bijoux par internet, une réponse rapide de ce Monsieur, je me suis rendu dans son magasin.
