I have not received such professional, kind and understanding caregivers in all the 28 years I have been in and out of hospitals. First of all, because of Covid 19, everyone was conscientious of cleanliness. The hospital facility is very clean and followed all the protocols necessary and beyond. Jean (RN) kindly calmed my anxiety before the procedure, along with Madeline. Julie, Marti, Joe and the anesthesiologist (sorry I can’t remember her name, she was good because I can’t remember anything of the procedure) were great. Dr. Wang too was great. All of them were ready to help and put me at ease. Highly highly recommended.
