Every doctor we have seen has been tremendous and our child’s primary doctor is phenomenal. The only reason this is not a 5* review is the inability to get a same day appointment for a sick visit. Even if we are the first call in the AM they have nothing available at this location. They need to hold more spots available for same day sick appts as a great doctor that you can’t see when you need to isn’t ideal.

Worst customer service! Rude, unprofessional front desk staff! You need to get rid of whoever answers your phones to make appointments!

Great doctors in person, great access to a nurse's line... They care and they are efficient. this is what all healthcare should be like.

I have never once come to this practice and left feeling satisfied. They are only about . While the co-pay here is no different than other practices, there is no sense of compassion, caring, or knowledge here. About a year ago, one of our son’s (we have a 3y/o and 6y/o) had a ringworm. At that time I told the doctor we needed a prescription for both guys b/c they frequent the same play area, sleep area, play with the same toys and it’s a bit difficult keeping a 3 y/o away from a 6 y/o when they live in the same house. The doctor refused. About a week later we had to bring our other son in, which means time from work, parking, etc. FOR THE SAME THING. I initially called and explained that it appears our second son has a ringworm as well. We were told we had to bring him in to confirm. So, once we brought him in to the practice they performed the same test(s) and determined it was in fact a ringworm. We were charged an additional co-pay unnecessarily. Today we are here for another sick appointment. After checking in and pay our co-pay, I requested a note for school. I was told we have to wait until after the visit. Well guess what I don’t pay them after the visit. I asked where this policy was posted and of course it was no where. They lady began to stumble over her words when asked about the posting of the policy. This place is full of it! Beware! Now that Dr. Hamburger is gone is only a matter of time.
