Went to look at properties here and will be making a purchase. Great location and prime spot for everything restraints and shopping ect!

Nice location and building; however, the inefficiency of the management company facilitating the building operations and concierge is a major drawback. You must register your vehicle as a guest and even with a displayed parking pass you may receive a boot because Ovation and the third party contractor , Castle Parking solutions LLC, simply did not see the pass clearly visible in the window shield. Update: 10/2/19 : Castle Parking Solutions promptly responded to the dispute claim via email to issue a goodwill refund.

Good location in Buckhead but condos are narrow & not designed great.

I visited this establishment for my friends 40th birthday party. Seemed like a nice place. Noticed construction around the pool area right behind where we were having our party. I guess the winter time is a good time to do pool maintenance. Lobby smelled really nice.

Nice location, standard fare units. The exclusivity comes from the price barrier but not much more. Great parking and security.
