Here's my review of Westmaren condominium at Timber Ridge Terrace at Ashburn Farm, VA. It's is a good place to live and I recommend it. I like that its only walking distance from Giant, Starbucks and other shop. I have no bad experiences with the administration office. Amenities were alright and manageable. Gym and pool are small but well maintained. Had a little problem with parking spaces a few years ago during a snow storm but the board immediately found a solution. Garbage compactor broke a few times but I was immediately addressed. Location is generally peaceful and I like that its friendly to children- although there's no play ground within the complex. Security only got interrupted was when a woman was murdered at the ground floor of our building 21014 Timber Ridge Terrace Unit 102 Ashburn VA by is live in partner around March 2009. Our building was in the news media for a while but people we quick to move on from it.
