Sadly I have to agree with the bad reviews given here. I went for a blood test today which I had booked online and after having waited 45 minutes (I was the only one waiting), I asked how much longer I would have to wait. The receptionist asked for my name and told me I was not on the list. Not the surgery's fault but they should have told me this when I arrived. I got the feeling that I was an irritation to them and was interrupting their important work. Needless to say I will not be rebooking my appointment there.

they do not always respond to e-consult. very difficult to speak with a doctor, let alone see one. good medical and admin team.

Unfortunately this surgery has some of the rudest staff known to man. The receptionist was so rude to my girlfriend when she called up for a simple query. I was also told via email to not use the email service they provide for repeat prescription because they might lose the request! If you care about bedside manner then best to avoid this place

Just used the email triage service which was excellent. I sent across a photo with my initial email, got a call back, discussed and prescription sent electronically to pharmacy round the corner. Especially good not having to leave home for consultations as pain in foot causing difficulty walking. Consultation itself was knowledgeable, confident and reassuring. Do feel lucky to have access to this type of service.
