Attended Optical Express today for a sight test, very friendly service. Made to feel welcome and safe. Michelle was lovely and very helpful. Mariam was the optician who was also very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.
Very good service in shop. Unfortunately covid strikes again and I have to pick glasses with a bright blue mask covering my face. The initial appointment making was easy but I did get some attitude due to having to change my appointment twice. However the in store appointment was very positive given the effects of covid on their ability to sell frames.
