I have had many vets over the years and I have to say that this is my favourite. The staff are lovely and always happy to go the extra mile. They have been fantastic during the covid19 outbreak. My pup needed some medical treatment and they kept the clinic running as much as possible allowed by government rules. I really can not recommend them enough!

I bought Shadow to The Vet and the dogs had spilled over to the cats waiting area. The staff were great as I said my cat was very ill and I wanted to reduce his stress. They let me sit in a seperate room. I had to have my six year old friend who I had bottle fed as a kitten put to sleep and the staff were really sensitive and great, as they had been with him mum a year before. I have always found them to be really sensitive and fantastic.

You stayed in touch with me the entire time to let me know what was going on which was greatly appreciated when I can see how busy you were. Really impressed with The Vet. We have always been seen quickly, and all the staff; vets and receptionists, are friendly and professional. Norman loves visiting, right until he realises he actually has to go in the vet's room.

I contacted about cremation for my rabbit, paid this and an extra fee for the container for the ashes, unfortunately a day later my other rabbit passed and I contacted them promptly to request they were cremated together which they accepted, however charged me another 'container fee' despite them being in the same container. Attempts to question this fee failed. I wouldn't mind if it was not over 100 pounds each and has left me out of pocket for Christmas for an extra container that I did not receive. Definitely taking advantage of a grieving family. Disappointed and will not use for my other pets.
