I was waking up every morning with awful lower back pain. Took me sometime to get moving before it stopped aching. I would often get sciatic pain running down both legs too. I had two sessions of Cupping Massage with Rebecca over the last couple of weeks and it is so much better. I will definitely go back for more as sitting at home working on a laptop at the kitchen table isn't helping. I found treat to be very Covid safe. I felt comfortable going into the Clinic. Rebecca asked me to fill in a Covid Health Survey prior to my appointment. She took my temperature prior to each treatment and all therapists had masks and aprons on. I needed to use the bathroom before my treatment and Rebecca cleaned around after me to make sure taps, soap dispenser, door handle and toilet was Virus free.

I have recently received a few accupunture treatments at Treat with Rebecca since their re opening within the Covid period, i would like to positively comment on my experience. Exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and awareness. Hand wash/ gel, mask and temperature check offered on arrival. One in at a time and exiting at rear entrance . I felt reasurred, relaxed and comfortable during my visits to Treat and look forward to returning. I highly reccomend Michelle

We just got back from our sessions with Treat. I wanted to thank you for helping me organise this surprise for my girlfriend and to let you know how we both feel very relaxed and happy with our treatments. Out muscles felt that George and Naomi (sorry if i misspelled your name) are well trained and did everything they could to make us feel spoiled. Have been attending Treat for almost a year now, always seeing George Bavin. Fabulous staff at reception, welcoming and cheerful. George a life saver, going through some professional and personal challenges, he helped a great deal during journey to recovery. Tension persistently accumulating on back, he was always tailoring treatment to need. At times heavy deep tissue massage needed, and George was able to do this really well. At times, just in strong need or just softness and warmth, he was able to equally achieve this effortlessly. A very good and empathetic listener, would very highly recommend. Moving abroad and shall sorely miss Treat and George. Thank you for everything.

Having injured my neck/ shoulder during 'lock down' I was really struggling with the constant pain & lack of sleep, so it was a huge relief to start treatment with Rebecca as soon as the government guidelines allowed. Now, after a series of sessions, I am almost fully recovered from the injury and am able to get on with living life again. I would add that I have been completely reassured by the Covid procedures in place at Treat; from the pre-appointment declaration, temperature & health checks plus requirements to sanitise hands and wear a mask on arrival, to the measures in place regarding social distancing (limiting numbers on the premises and staggering arrival times etc) and cleanliness on the premises. I fully recommend Treat for their friendly, professional and effective services and would certainly use them again in the future! A HUGE 'THANK YOU!' to Rebecca, Sam and the Team at Treat, for helping me regain my quality of life!!!
