My mother has chronic COPD and cannot get to the chemist without getting breathless. The pharmacy deliver her prescriptions to her but refuse to deliver more than once a month. Which is ridiculous because her condition and use of medication increases in the winter time/poor weather. On one occasion they forgot an item and refused to bring it back out, knowing this medication is to help her breathe. I had to travel from Great Barr to collect the prescription that day because she needed to breathe. Another occasion they didn't send an item. We called and the lady on the phone tried to lie and say the prescription came over after they had sent the first batch out. We knew this was false because we confirmed with the doctor prior. When we stated this she apologised and asked if we could collect. My mom had to struggle to the chemist and get them to bring it out to the car to her. Poor service. They offer free delivery service with conditions. God forbid you need medication to keep you alive. Steer clear!!!!

I have experienced really poor service lately from this pharmacy, the wait is way too long and have not much stock and been left with medication with any help from them. And when I want to leave to another pharmacy boots near me they have kept nominated me back without consent and then rude to me on the phone. stay away form this pharmacy as patient care is not there first priority.

I have my monthly medicines from This chemist, would highly recommend. Very good advice from the pharmacist here for my elderly mum who is disabled and in a wheelchair
