Absolutely fantastic holiday on the Broads. Richardson's were great, boat was great. We had an issue with a belt driving the alternator which they needed to come out and fix but it was done quickly and efficiently. Staff at the yard were very helpful and polite and distencing was observed throughout. Highly recommended

Very friendly and get handover on our 1st day, sink in the main bedroom was blocked but 2 others on the boats worked fine so was not the end of the world, had issues on the 1st full day when the boat lost steering but were with us within the hour, all in all great place with some great staff and great boats.

Excellent value for money great customer service, our tap broke on our boat whilst we were visiting ferry inn horning they sent someone out to fix within 20 minutes the technician was really friendly and helpful I cannot Express enough how excellent richardsons are. I 100% recommend and will be returning next year

Absolutely wonderful holiday, lovely clean boat. Knowledgeable staff, all helpful and friendly we even saw otters which was a big plus. Can't wait until next years holiday.

Had a lovely holiday on the Norfolk broads, the boat was brilliant. However we had to wait over an hour for our boat to be cleaned on arrival. I'd rather be told we couldn't check in until later than wait with frozen/chilled food in the car. The cleaner did take mask/gloves off while cleaning the boat which was quite disconcerting.
