We bought the wrong product by mistake. In addition, the box containing the product was damaged. When we had realised that (10 min after buying it), we came back to replace this product for the correct one. The shop assistant didnt want to replace it (even presenting the receipt). Also, this person accuses us of damaging the box. I strongly dont recommend buying in this pharmacy.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and the staff are a delight. They were very helpful to my mum who had dementia and there have been numerous occasions when they help proactively. Also, they have a well functioning relationship with my doctors surgery which prevents snags and misunderstandings. . I recommend them highly.
