I initially used West Chemist at the beginning of this year due to my normal chemist wasn't able to supply my much needed diabetic sensor (manufacturing delay etc). Not only did West Chemist have 1 in stock but they also took my number to let me know that they had a delivery of more, they didn't need to do this but they did. I've only ever popped into West Chemist once before (a long time ago) but I wouldn't go anywhere else now, they are my chosen chemist for my prescriptions to be sent over & I live nearer Kettering, so I travel a good way to get excellent & friendly service by ALL members of staff, plus they're always available to speak to if you need any medical advice, so I would highly recommend West to anyone as West is best.

As a supported living company using west’s is invaluable to us , nothing is too much trouble meds are delivered on time and there always in hand for advice when we need it - meds are organised promptly and all options are considered helping us to provide a more person centred care approach and enabling choice with our clients

Had a confidential issue and I was dealt with in a professional manner and didn’t feel like “another patient”. The pharmacist took the time to understand my issue and advised me appropriately. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be visiting again. I’ll be recommending this pharmacy to all I know in Northampton!
