The sales and service staff are Muddy Bay are absolutely the best. Everything is very upfront with no games. The service folks are very informative and you know exactly what cost you’re looking at beforehand. No surprises. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or just have their existing boat serviced. Great people!

I wouldn’t recommend using this marine for any services you may need, the owner is someone who has no common curtesy for customers and for employees. i was in one day and over heard how rudely him and another female worker were speaking to other employees. they don’t take their employees seriously by the looks of it and just use them until they’re no longer a benefit to the business. i would like to see more appreciation come from A BUSINESS OWNER to their employees, everyone is equal and make it known. therefore my service experience was absolutely horrible!! the woman that works in the service department was rude and wanted nothing to do with my questions over the phone , she seemed quick to want to end a conversation and not want to proceed further assisting me. i will NOT go here again and i WILL not tolerate disrespect.. you need customers to keep your business going and without your employees who are doing the right thing. bless you all
