The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We are first time boat owners and Vicki took great care of us in helping us decide what was right for us. She encouraged us to shop around and take our time. She was very honest and straightforward when answering questions and was not pushy in any way. She even scheduled a second look for us to go out on the boat prior to buying. I cannot say enough great things about Vicki. Mr. Sam also spent time with us after the purchase of our boat showing us how to care for it and what to do/not do. For a first (or experienced) boat owner this is a great place to shop and learn! When we trade up we will definitely buy from Jacksonville Marine again!!
