Not impressed as a first time customer. Never got a call with a repair estimate. No communication at all. Nothing was ever followed thru....not impressed at all Would think twice if I ever returned

I bought a new trailer from Tom last spring just in time to take our boat back to Ohio. I soon found out the manufacture equipped the trail with the wrong accessories for proper tong weight. I was in a jam and Tom came through in a big way. He made Changes necessary for my boat to fit the trailer and about2 hours later I was on my way back to Ohio.
