Very poor customer handling. Bought an American Tourister bag for Rs6000, the handle broke within 4 months. As per their guarantee of 3years I had to pay extra 2k to get my bag fixed. And the repair itself took 18days. Disappointed at the staff and the way they handle and talk to customers. Never buying again from them.
