We brought coats back in 2013. Went back to Australia. Love my coat. One day I ripped my coat around the pocket. They always said send it back and they well fix it if something like this happens. All done at no cost. THAT IS SERVICE We turned and brought 3 more jackets. Awesome Jackets and very happy with the price and service. Thanks Franco and your team

Was looking for a leather jacket on our honeymoon as a keep sake from florence. We met Franco, his leather has amazing quality unlike the cheap stores all around florence. Would highly recommend his shop.
These jackets are the definition of luxury. I own three of them, and they are the prize of my clothing collection. Each one is handmade and I’ve never felt leather so soft. The fur is sublime. Even better, Franco (the owner) will fix any wear and tear for free. But you have to wear the jacket a few hundred times for it to wear down. Simply the best.
When my son & I visited Florence last November we were looking to buy a leather jacket as a souvenir for him (son). After walking for a while we went into one of the David 2 stores; a lady named Mariam led us to another of their branches where the owner (Franco) was. After consulting with Franco about what sort of style jacket my son was interested in, my son settled on a short type. The leather was so soft and lovely. It is actually cheaper than what they offer here in the US as the jackets are not made in China which is a big thing with us. Franco was very personable, and we talked about different topics besides leather jackets. After completing the sale, Franco was nice to present us with a bottle of red wine that his family produces. Unfortunately a few weeks ago my son got his jacket ripped. I contacted the shop and they promptly got back to me. They asked for a photo to see if they could repair it. But they decided instead to replace the jacket which is part of their generous policy (it is stated there on their website). This was such a relief as my son was pretty upset as it was his first and only leather jacket. Just want to say a huge 'thank you' to Franco & also to Mariam and Sandro who helped arrange the delivery of the new jacket as well as the damaged one back to Florence. Highly recommend David 2 Leather Factory!
Loved the jacket! Loved the quality of the jacket and had an amazing experience with the people there. Mariam was super nice! And she gave us the best wine I’ve ever had! Overall I highly recommend getting a jacket here!
