Delighted to visit Bric's flagship store in the stunning arcade at Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in central Milan. Having purchased a Bric's leather backpack, pencil case and purse in the UK, I was keen to complete the set with a spinner suitcase, shoulder bag and toiletry case, all in the same black leather. Wonderful service to help me select the right items, and I now have a luggage collection to be proud of, one that will last a lifetime. Investing in quality goods is not only a pleasure but a fantastic investment, and there is no question that 'Made in Italy' by Bric's since 1952 comes with a generational reputation and guarantee for it's quality, style and value.

We bought a couple suitcases. Very pretty, but the handle mechanism on one of the suitcases broke after 3 or 4 regular uses in about one year. The company refused to fix it, and basically told me in writing to buy the part online and install it myself, because the warranty apparently covers almost nothing. Very disappointing.
Italian design and made luggage suit case at a reasonable price . Bought two POLLICI BELLAGIO suit cases . Excellent service ! Very nice shopping experience!
Do not buy at this store. They treated me as a North Korean even I showed them my passport.
Politica dei resi indecente! Dopo aver acquistato online 3 valigie per un totale di 700 decido di renderne solo una (ribadisco una su tre!). Devo intanto pagare la spedizione di tasca mia .... e va bè..... Il prodotto arriva alla Brics, passano 2 settimane, telefono per sollecitare e mi dicono che la pratica è in corso. Dopo qualche giorno finalmente il reso viene “accettato” ma il per rimborso devo attendere 30 giorni LAVORATIVI dal giorno in cui hanno confermato il reso!!!!! Nella normalità delle pratiche commerciali il rimborso decorre dalla ricezione del reso. Praticamente loro si sono presi i miei soldi in pochi secondi con carta di credito ma quando devono restituirli si prendono 2 mesi !!!! Vergognoso, indecente Sconsiglio di acquistare dal loro sito
Bought a suitcase here, works so far! (3 uses) The space and area of the store is fantastic! Very friendly staff! But telescopic handle jams when the luggage is full. Also really lacking the side handle on the cabin luggage. Купила чемодан для ручной клади. Выдвижная ручка заедает, когда чемодан полный, не хватает боковой ручки. Магазин просто роскошный, в таком здании!
Cercavo un tipo di BRIC' S e il signore al bancone guardandomi anche un po dall 'alto verso il basso non mi ha saputo aiutare dicendomi esclusivamente io in questo negozio non ce l'ho, quindi tutta questa gentilezza io non la vedo; il negozio e centralissimo e all'interno della galleria, ha due vetrine, e molto attrezzato
