The location and ambience is good but the food quality is little bit inferior in comparison to other outlets. The quality of rice bowl was not up to the mark here. Staffs are relatively untrained mostly.

When it comes to fried chicken then I don't find anything better than KFC Chicken. Also, compared to other outlets of KFC this place is very spacious and neat and clean. The staff really take care of hygiene and they are really humble as well. Thumbs up for KFC!

Overall it was nice. Safety measures were in place. Just one important suggestion to give them about food , they should ask if customer has a preference with the sauce used.

I visited this restaurant yesterday. KFC restaurant is famous for fried dishes of chicken. And this restaurant is very close to Preet Vihar Metro Station. When I came to this restaurant, I placed an order to Nisha. Nisha was standing in your store restaurant counter. She fraud with me. If you are a real person then why put wrong number. I told Nisha my contact number but Nisha entered my number incorrectly. I told Nisha, why did you put some other contact in my order, she says, no matter what happens. Nisha talked to me rudely and she does not know how to talk to the customer. How can you enter someone's contact number? If I get sick after eating food at KFC, how will I tell my order, if I do not have the exact contact written on your database and you are entering wrong contact details. Even though i got late order by the restaurant staff even the store was not crowded. I will also put a photo of my bill with the review. That i ordered. 1 Ultimate Save Bkt 4pc Chick Strips 6pc Hot Wings 4 Piece HC Mayonnaise 2 Thousand Island Peach Bomb 2 Red Storm I was placing the order to Nisha, then I said that instead of the Pepsi that I am taking with the ultimate save bucket, you give me 2 thousand island peach bomb and give me 1 red storm. See what they have billed in the bill. I will also show you the photo that I received from the order. (Pay attention also in quantity. You have given very little quantity of chicken.) I have a very useless experience here more than last time. No one is present in your counter to take orders. Everyone is busy talking, working very loosely. This is not how a restaurant works. Do not let the KFC brand spoil because of some restaurant staff. I hope you will take care of customers in future. Hopefully I will not have to face such a problem next time. And there is no use of talking on call. When I gave you my review here. Everyone should know about your restaurant. ️
