So just got off the phone to Terry (alleged manager) who during mid conversation cut the phone off and threatened sending an invoice for no job actually done. Incredible service?! They literally took a motor off a washing machine, they the established fault and wanted money (its a free call out charge by the way) and willing to use their services. When I wanted to discuss the issue he didn’t let me speak and threatened me with an invoice. An invoice for what I’ll never know as they literally didn’t do anything. On top of that their engineer was rude to my partner with a child in the house and walked out when asked a question. Claiming the engineer was at the property for an hr when the engineer established the fault straight away and dilly dallied for the rest of the time..and wanted money for it! They’re not answering calls now but I guarantee they will respond to this! Good luck getting money off me..I work with the Police and know the law as well as trading standard laws. Please stay away!!
