Knows his work well. I appreciated that he answered my initial call (not a voicemail or a receptionist), talked it over with me, ordered the parts for my dryer, and installed without issue! All works fantastic again!

I had a dryer go out, saw this ad pop up on Google when looking for a repair person to come out and replace the heating element. I spoke to him on the phone then texted him the make and model of the unit. He replied and said he would get to it in a few days, throughout the week I would text, with no reply. Finally after a week I replied with a stern text to let him know I was not satisfied with his lack of communications. Big point don’t make the same mistake I did and look at the 4.6 rating without reading all of the reviews, he says he had been in business for awhile but only had 9 reviews. Dennis, You are what you do, and not what you say you will do.

Call and engage at your own risk. Dennis had started this org on google because the Solid Rock Repair service is only at 1.5 stars. Now there's 5 stars here on some reviews but it is designed to bait people in need. The MO he follows is to be responsive on initial call, come out, and if its something he really doesn't want to mess with, he'll play with it, tell you it needs a part, you'll pay a deposit on the part and never hear from him again. He's done this twice once with our washer that the warranty company called him to do an oven we needed repair on. Both times you'll be left hanging. Save yourself and your and find someone else.

Very professional and courteous. He came that same day I called to fix my dryer. He made accommodations with me to come after my work hours at no extra charge so I did not have to take any time off of work. The cost was very affordable, he showed me what the problem was and explained clearly, and fixed my dryer. Thank you, Solid Rock Repair Service!
