Monty started out as a wonderful CPA, providing personal and timely service. Unfortunately he has either grown so large or something else has happened that , after a small mistake in my tax return, I can not get my money from the IRS. He has billed me (and I have paid him) for revising the return and communicating with the IRS. Now, he does not return phone calls, does not answer e-mails, and after 18 months, I am still out my money. If you are a big firm with complex needs, this is probably your guy! If you are an individual with minimal needs, probably need to look for someone who is not so busy.
