This CPA refused to hand over documents relating to the tax filing they submitted on our behalf because they had done so incorrectly and were trying to avoid us finding out. We sent our taxes to another CPA for a second opinion and realized that Jay Steer has mismanaged our books for the whole year. We physically showed up to the office and refused to leave until they gave us the necessary documents. Low quality service and very poor internal organization. We regret spending the 600 to file our taxes with them (not to mention the quarterly fee) as now we have to spend more to amend our returns for 2019.
