I have had knee pain for roughly 15-20 years I have taken Ibuprofen Tylenol and Aleve like candy for years. Additionally I have done Cortisone Shots in the knees to only relieve pain for up to a month or two but i never achieved pain free on the Cortisone it just took the edge off. I had both knees injected with stem cells. For the first week i was a little sore at the injection site. Now several weeks out I have absolutely NO PAIN. I cannot thank this man enough for everything he has given back to me. If you're considering giving stem cell therapy a shot but concerned about the cost and weather or not it works i can personally say that was my concern too. I was told by other doctors theres not enough research and it probably wouldnt help. Let me tell you I'm glad to have spent the money at this point. Dr. Ellefsen was a cool laid back doctor willing to have good conversation taking time with his patients. His staff was fantastic! Thanks a million!
