This practice is amazing. I had a hip surgery in October with Dr Crossland and my treatment before and after was handled efficiently and promptly. I recommend this practice highly.

The office staff are so rude on top floor and bottom floor. My doctor is good though.

D

Daniel Conner

Perhaps the most incompetent front desk staff on the planet

This place is more concerned about worker’s Comp than properly caring for their patients so they can heal. I do not like being pushed aside like a second class citizen. My injury should have been healed by now. This place is ruining any chance of recovery.

The nurses seem to care more about the patients than the doctor! I was referred to this place by my primary care physician in November I’ve seen Dr.Crossland 3 times first time he didn’t even tell me what he thought was wrong as well as seemed to have no interest in what I was saying or feeling just gave me diclofinac (however you spell it) with a splint and seen me two weeks later pain still there swelling went down said He was pretty sure I don’t need surgery asked to see me 4 weeks later. No improvement told me he’s referring me to a surgeon which this was on 12/17 they just submitted my referral after numerous calls and still refuse to do anything for my pain just keep telling me to take the medicine and Tylenol which isn’t doing anything despite knowing I work at a call center 10hrs a day and I also have kids outside of work. Again nurses have more passion and want to help, Dr. Crossland doesn’t.
