They have come a long way. The kiosks has help. My border agent has always been professional. I never had a problem. The only reason I don't give 5 star. If Paris and Shanghai can get me through passport control under 30 minutes, I know my nation has the potential to do it as well.

The worst, officer's were fine just didn't have enough working. This caused probably over 200 guest to miss their flights. Where is the sense of urgency for people with connecting flights Employees at the airport, are not on the same page have guest running all over the airport to check their suitcase back in after going through customs. Miami airport needs a overhaul with some compassion. Zero, Zero, Zero

Worst experience of my life. Offer's were so rude didn't care one bit about the people who kept telling them we were going to missed our next flight. How can this country get better with so many careless usa workers.

Took my wife and I over two hours to be checked through customs to enter back into the country and into the terminal for our flight. Barely made it in time to board, even with a three hour layover! This is atrocious service in our own country! They are obviously short staffed and can not handle the load of people coming in. They won’t even help people that are pleading to pass through due to missing a flight. Very poor and will think twice before ever doing this again!
