Since I moved here from church fields medical centre basford I have had nothing but a good service And have no complaints and have found them to be very helpful

I've had the same problems re appointments as many other reviewers .. it seems there are too many patients for the number of doctors, even though there are more regular full time doctors since the renovation. On the plus side, the reception staff are much better and more pleasant than in the past. Dr Khan is excellent .. caring and very efficient . ditto Dr Rigley. Since I haven't seen many of the other current doctors I can't comment, but have never had a serious problem with any. Time allowed with the doctor is very limited but I suppose that's inevitable due to sheer volume of patients

Melbourne park is the best surgery in this area, receptionist very professional went to visit doctor badhe she didn't rush me and took her time to explain everything to me(very nice doctor) I don't visit the surgery very often but when I have I've always managed to get an appointment and the surgery is always very clean and tidy I would recommend this surgery to family and friends

This a lovely, clean and well presented practice. The same day appt system works well if you need an appointment the same day (which is important when you need to see someone quite quickly ironically enough) and the pre booking system does work, you just have to wait a while (a couple of weeks - this is obviously how they manage to make same day appts available). The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. I have no complaints at all!
