Find reception staff extremely rude at the Matlock surgery. Never seem to care that you are there for your health care and make you feel like they don’t have time for you. I recently went to down and I had no help at all, just got told in an unfriendly manner that I couldn’t book an appointment and gave no real explanation as to why. I also find that there is no respect of your privacy when booking an appointment.

I needed an emergency prescription for a drug I had run out of for a life threatening condition, that my GP couldn't send by phone. I needed to register as a temporary patient but I was told by the receptionist that they were too busy and to find another GP. You tell me it that's good care?
