It is true that the people here are amazing! SO friendly. Very responsive manager and team, and many activities available. Residents are welcome to participate in committees and suggestions are also welcome. The grounds are kept tidy, and the village looks impressive. I love it here!

This is a wonderful community with amazing people. My parents live here. Their neighbors have become very close friends. Besides the fact that it's a clean beautiful 55 community, it's been a lovely place they have called home for years.

My Mother and I met with Darleen at the McGavin Ranch Leasing Office yesterday to view the available homes. Darleen is incredibly warm and welcoming and is a wonderful representative of the community. Perhaps I was most impressed by her unwaivering patience with us because we most certainly move at a snail's pace due to mobility issues. The importance of having people like Darleen in a community is huge for people who might not otherwise feel like they belong due to their limitations. Because of Darleen, our meeting was comfortable, pleasant and informative as opposed to rushed and stressful. For that, we are truly grateful. The homes are absolutely beautiful as is the unique landscape throughout the community. The residents are genuinely friendly and welcoming and it's quite easy to feel at home which really is what most of us are looking for, aren't we?

Gated community in Mesa outside of Phoenix close to hwy 60. Nice houses with 2 car garages. Retirement community with a clubhouse with pool and other amenities.
