We hired Michael to assist us with our contract for our wedding venue since we were unable to have our wedding due to COVID. He was very professional and answered all our questions about the legality of the contract. We have never been in this sort of situation before and he was very accommodating to our constant questions and concerns. We would hire him again in an instant!

This is was one of the worst conversations I have ever had with a company! From the receptionist to the “paralegal” .They are a scam beware for anyone that receives a letter from this company.
Reviews are fake, i contacted the bar license bureau they have no idea who this guy is. Not only that but what he is doing is considered a federal offense. He is obtaining and reproducing fraudulent legal documents, I've been on the phone with the RCMP for 2 days they are looking for this guy as we speak. He doesn't seem to exist. Beware this is 100% a scam and illegal, this isn't this persons real name and they do not live in a extraditable country
DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT trust this guy... he is a scam and is trying to steal peoples hard earned money.. he spams my email constantly with bankruptcy threats and is trying to convince me that I owe 5k to some company. What a joke! As if I would actually fall for that. Hopefully the feds catch him soon and gets this bum off the streets.
