Wish I could give 0 stars! Called today to resolve a small balance I had with a Dr. Office. Ms. Williams right off the bat short and rude with me. Requested several times to speak to her boss and she told me \they don't speak to debtors\. After several times calling back requesting to speak to her boss and getting hung up on, I just filed a complaint with BBB and contacted our state Senator. I will not be bullied trying to pay my small balance and have my credit ruined for paying my balance!

E Incredibly rude. Have spoken to the company who put me up for collections and they admitted it was in error. When they have tried to remove if from collections(at least over a dozen times) in the last two months through their electronic system, the collection agency(Ms Williams) who has hung up on me several times and this last time told me shortly that they have not received any contact from the collection agency, I do not know what else is needs to be done I have also sent emails

Rudely talking people ! I was told they were collecting a bill I ask nicely to send me a invoice of who I owed and the lady told me she already had and she was reporting me to the credit Bureau. I ask again for invoice and we hung up on me. Call back three times asking nicely for and invoice. Hung up on me again. So if it shows up on my credit I will turn it over to my Attorney

They treated my mother horribly. She was hung up on multiple times by Mrs. Williams and was talked down to and very nastily. James was very rude as well

Very rude and nasty. The woman got an attitude for me asking her to verify the place, they said I owed. After trying to be reasonable with her. She proceed to get smart and tell me there isn’t anyone else I could speak to. I eventually hung up on her and called back. The next lady was more pleasant and resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes.
