Northwest is a great company! They give first class customer service. When you pick a pesticide or lawn care plan or both they actually do all the services they have committed to you to do whether you are home when they come or not. I did not get this level of service from other lawn care services I have tried. They are honest down to earth people who treat you like family. My wife and I appreciate the respect they show us and our home.

DO NOT USE NORTHWEST! I have had so many problems using Northwest. You will pay for a service and then they will call you months later and tell you that you did not pay to try to get more money out of you. I had bank documentation! They are shady crooks!!!! I feel bad for people who dont realize they already paid for a service and end up paying again. Use Breda. They dont charge you a first time initiation fee for the first service (Northwest charged me 125 first service the 85 every time after that). They actually will call you to set up a time to come out to your house as well, unlike Northwest showing up when you're not home and claiming they sprayed the outside and now you owe them 80. JUST SAYING... BUYER BEWARE OF NORTHWEST!!!
