I feel compelled to write a review for this company. I'm a new Caravanner and they went above and beyond to help me. I've bought a \part ex\ caravan which means it doesn't come with a warranty so I was picky about what I was looking for and am pleased to say that any problem I found was resolved by them. In the end they sorted the locks, battery and threw in a foot winder. Special thanks to Jonno for going out his way to help.

Initial service is great, however once they have your money don't bank on any after care. This company do not carry out any PDI checks, it's impossible given the issues I have experienced 24 hours after taking delivery, so only buy from them if you know what you are looking at. Very disappointing

Mansfield Caravans arranged the repair of accident damage to the bodywork of my motorhome. The work was completed to my complete satisfaction, on time and as per their quote. They are also really nice friendly people. And they’ve got a cute puppy!

Went to purchase a motorhome yesterday and was greeted by a lovely lady who told us to go and look at it on our own so no pressure. When we were ready she came and handled all our questions and spoke to her boss on things she didnt know. We had travelled a long way and she was very understanding with us. We decided to buy on the proviso that a few jobs needed to be done. If all goes well with these jobs we should be able to collect it in the next 2 weeks. Despite what is going on right now with the virus and them been short staffed it was a nice easy and pleasant purchase.If all is ok with the van and all our jobs have been done i will review my review and let you know how we got on. Thank you again to the lady who dealt with us.
