I have had 14 Motorhomes in the last 20years and this is the best company I have dealt with. I bought an Elddis 175 with the Prestige extras last Sept and the value for money is fantastic. On the day of the handover Ben was great he explained everything I needed to Know. The workshop staff are so helpful and Tom Keats the workshop manager is very knowledgeable.
Helpful staff, but the used motor homes are far to expensive and could do with a good vallet , as they have an odd odour inside.
Having purchased our lovely T670 Tribute from Vehicles 4 Leisure, we love the vehicle by the way! I recently had an issue with the fridge whilst travelling to the North of England from Hampshire, the gas wouldn't stay lit. Having researched the problem and dismantling parts to investigate myself (the vehicle's warranty had expired), I decided to order parts and change them myself in an attempt to resolve the issue. After installing several new parts on the fridge I still had the same fault. I decided to call Vehicles 4 Leisure and spoke directly to their excellent fitter Tom, he talked me through the whole process of eliminating what the problem could be and eventually after videoing via WhatsApp he manged to get to the bottom of the problem and sourced a spare part for me. The parcel arrived in super quick time and I fitted it as per his instructions and now happy days the problem is solved! Many thanks Tom, you certainly are a knowledgeable guy and a box of beers are on there way as a thank you. Regards Mr Horrocks.
Having recently purchased a motorhome from vehicles4leisure, we felt really assured every step of the way with this company. My wife and I bought a swift escape 664, after initially encountering a few teething problems along the way these problems were soon rectified in a very polite and professional manner. My appreciation goes to Ben and all those concerned at vehicles4leisure, and also a special thanks to Mike the mechanic for all his hard work and determination.
