Never I mean NEVER BUY from Dunes Sport. We were so excited when we found them. We were going to be able to design a toy hauler exactly how we wanted. 65k for our new gem. We have had nothing but trouble since we took it from the lot. HORRIBLE customer service after delivery. Terrible craftsmanship, electrical issues, toilet issues, slide does not go out, floor is pealing, fridge only works half the time, on our 3rd set of batteries and there is solar, the led lights have a mind of there own. Paid to have an inverter installed had to take it out. I could go on forever. Oh and the warranty company just as bad as the builder. You name it we have had issues with it. We will lose over 30k on this piece if we were to sell it. Just take my advice don’t buy from them.

The Dune Sport / Man Cave team did a great job. I’m very satisfied with my overall experience and happy with my 16’ toy hauler. Customer service from start to finish was exceptional, and I appreciate the attention to details with my custom order. I’m glad I chose Dune Sport / Man Cave to build my RV. It looks great, and the quality of craftsmanship is high. I strongly recommend them to anyone shopping for a custom RV.

When we started our Toy Hauler search, we couldn't find any floor plan we liked, nor could we find one in our price range. Our search led us to Dune Sport where we were able to custom build our rig, and stay within our budget. We've had the TH for about a year-and-a-half, and have been very pleased with it. We have not had any issues with the quality of the build at all. Excellent Customer Service: Our representative, Casey, has been available every time we have called him. He has always responded to our emails in a timely manner, answering all of our questions. Lastly, with the very few - and minor - issues we did have, Casey and the team at ManCave have been very good at getting things taken care of right away. Just a few weeks ago I needed to have two more tie-downs installed in the floor. With a short email and quick reply from Casey, I had an appointment with the team at Man Cave to get them added. I arrived early, and with no waiting , they went right to work. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I have now had my 46' custom hauler over a year. Dune Sport has been awesome with support even though it has been very reliable. The custom layout works perfect for me and my family with room for a full body race car in the garage. I use it monthly and sometimes like Nov, we will be in the trailer at the track for about 11 days. Great trailer, great people.

I was super happy at first, found a nice looking RV for just under 20k which fit my budget as I was moving back from Louisiana to Arizona and wanted to have something I could pay off within a couple years...Here's a few things I've learned from my first time buying a motorhome, first and foremost is to have it really checked out by somebody who knows them! The AC units worked really great on a cool Arizona January morning, but after work today I turned it on, 76 degrees inside, to hours later, 76 degrees. Something I'm thinking isn't going to be cheap to have looked into. The big thing where you plug the electrical cord and water hose send to have an issue as water is dripping from inside the panel. The gas, I got it working finally today after removing the solenoid and running the line to the back of the regulator because it didn't work right, something about the onboard gas detector on the interior not working was causing it to malfunction. The awning is a pain in the rear since the tension deal is out of adjustment. On the roof is a solar panel that's supposed to be a battery charger, but it doesn't actually charge anything...On a good note, I was able to score on new smoke detectors and a gas monitor from Costco for under 50 bucks. I know this might seem long winded, but since I paid the high KBB price and was promised that everything was in working order, and that the folks at East Valley RV Specialist's had gone thru it all, I figured it would be in pretty good working order. On a good note, I did see a couple of their toy haulers that the company makes, and they seem to be really nice.
