（更新） 這間公司真的不值得信任，他們並沒有意識到自己犯的過錯，而將錯誤歸咎給快遞公司。如果當初他們沒將我們的地址寫錯，我們就能夠如期收到認證好的文件。現在，他們不斷的推託責任，卻不好好意識到自己的問題所在，這樣的態度，真的讓人非常失望。 —————————————— 從七月底請他們幫忙到現在，經過了兩個月，才收到認證好的文件。若想請這間公司幫忙認證文件，是一件非常不明智的事。 從他們收到錢之後，便開始以消極的態度處理文件。不僅將我們的郵遞區號寫錯，更扯的是還把名字寫錯，導致我們無法如期收到文件。 在信件被退回這間公司時，他們完全不聞不問，寫了無數的信件跟打無數通電話，都沒人回應，還是我們自己和郵政聯繫。最後，竟然還向我們收取額外的運費。
