I used Google to find a company that can handle a trade mark situation for us in the US, found Trade Mark Wizards, far from creating any magic. Went through their website to use their chat function, got through to Oliver Oguz, his messaging style was quite aggressive and he did not respond to a follow-up message of mine when I asked a question about the US trade marking. He asked me a series of nonsense questions with no end result. Also when it came to explaining about quotes, the breakdown was not explained, and there were charges for Trademark Wizards and also their local associates in the US too? Why should customers have to pay two sets of fees. This is so deceiving. Do not trust this firm, who knows what other hidden fees there are involved! Basically, they wasted my time unnecessarily, have since found people in the US which are 3x cheaper than these guys.

I would not recommend using the,... my experience was not the greatest and what’s worse after being told to sign a gag order. My case miraculously ended all over the internet. Seeing that I was fighting for my business And established 16 years, the events that followed left me spending my entire savings and then some. Which is a shame cause I wanted to like them. NoW I put it behind me. Yet I am now working with a new firm to protect my work...
