Exceptional service and customer care from the Specialist Pharmacy. Their customer care has always been excellent - with helpful staff, brilliant and effective products and efficient delivery. Having moved to Spain recently the Pharmacy arranged for my prescription to be delivered internationally. When it didn't arrive they offered support and advice to help track the parcel. When ultimately we couldn't find it they offered me a full refund (on receipt of the returned parcel) and emailed me to let me know as soon as the parcel was returned and processed the refund immediately.. Fabulous and friendly company with 5 star service on all fronts!

I find the people working at Specialist Pharmacy really helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Most of all, most recently, I have been speaking with a pharmacist there, her name is Dhruva, she has been brilliant, giving me her time and advice.
