Absolutely first class service and professionalism from start to finish. Carol was very responsive and timely in replying to emails and any queries we had. Eddie arrived exactly when we expected and his knowledge and professionalism of the work was great explaining to us through out the process what he would be doing. The final result is that all our carpets and sofas which are in the region of 4 years old and never had a professional clean before now look brand new and as if only just been brought and fitted. It's now as thought our home no longer reflects the fact we have a 1 year old and large dog roaming around. Highly recommend this company for professionalism, value for money and just generally nice to people to do business with.

10/10 service from the lovely gentleman that came out today to clean the carpets and a mattress! professional and extremely friendly which made the entire process really easy and i will definitely be using them again in the future, highly recommend choosing this company. so affordable and well worth it, everything looks and smells brand new again :-)
This is the first time that I have used this service and have not been disappointed. I had carpets and a large rug cleaned today and despite living in a house with two dogs and three young children I am happy to say they now look like new!
