This man leaves bad reviews on other carpet cleaning companies review pages pretending to be a customer!! be very careful, if someone is spiteful enough to write false reviews to damage peoples reputation! Below is the review he left for us yesterday pretending to be a customer, Steven Woodhouse-Burnett left a new review Hi Richie Baker-Barratt , Steven Woodhouse-Burnett just left a new 1-star review of No.1 Carpet Cleaning: I have been informed by a professional carpet cleaner that carrying out a vacuum of the carpet removes up to 70% of the soiling in the fibre. And then I am told that if this essential industry guideline step is not carried out, any soiling that is 'built up' on the fibre, migrates to the carpet backing and becomes an 'Absorbed Stain' which is more troublesome than a 'built up stain'. This soiling will then 'wick up' during the drying process achieving nothing to clean my carpet but leave me out of pocket and a feeling of my pants have been pulled down and my rear end is sore. I should have had a look at the google reviews and asked about their certifications. There are plenty of google reviews, but I doubt if there are any certification evidence ready for presentation.......
