We have an investment house in Redland Bay which suffered fire damage and required extensive renovations over a period of six months. As we live overseas, it was important that we could rely on our rental manager(s) to oversee all aspects of this process, which was an involved one. We must say that Gina and Annette were extremely professional in providing assistance and each worked tirelessly to alleviate what was, for us, a very stressful period. Down To Earth Agent! A lot of agents these days seem as though they are reading off a script. We turned away houses simply because the agent made us feel uneasy. Stephen was the only down to earth agent we came across and we found our home!! He made our first purchase less stressful and helped us through the process. 0 Stars. Absolutely appalling. Do not sign anything with these thieving liars. We rented for 12 months and always paid our rent on time and kept the property in great shape. They were happy to treat us with respect right up until we told them we were leaving at the end of the agreement and gave them two weeks notice. They turned on us like wild animals, claiming they never received the notice despite us emailing and posting the correct forms. In a cash grab they demanded 2 weeks rent (900) even though we were not staying at the property any longer. We regrettably continued to do the right thing and spent over 1500 in cleaning and house and yard maintenance. To our disgust we were recently sent a long email with the pettiest of "problems" (a smudge on a window for eg, wheelie bins containing rubbish. Although they were left at curbside for collection she decided to bring them back in and is now demanding they be emptied and threatening more financial liability) and the rest were blatant lies made up with no supporting evidence after the property mng Anette Baker unlawfully conducted a vacate inspection without sending us proper notice or having us present at the time. She did this even though she claims that she was unaware of the vacate? Why have the vacate inspection then? Luckily I am not one to cower to bullies on a power trip and will take all of her lies to QCAT and slam them with facts, photo's, evidence and emails proving our awful experience. DO NOT TRUST THESE "PEOPLE" They will steal from you just like they are doing to me. I will keep you informed of the outcome.

Very professional. Went out their way for us. We weŕe flyinģ out the next day back to melbourne and had to view our property the day before we left. Went out their way to get us a viewing before we left and can not recommend all of the staff at L J Hooker highly enough. Thanks guys best agents in Redland Bay
