Chris sold me my apartment in 2014. At the time I was impressed with the level of knowledge of the area, in particular his knowledge of the intricacies of the particular building that I purchased in. Chris has established himself as the subject matter expert for St Leonards and possesses a level of knowledge of the detail and history of each individual apartment block that other agents just do not possess. Naturally, when the time came to sell, he was the first agent that came to mind. Chris negotiated a tricky sale involving the buyers requirement of granting vacant possession with a very short settlement time. Because Chris has built an extensive network of contacts in the area, between Chris and my leasing agent (whom they have a very extensive working relationship) they were able to find my tenant an alternate place in minimal time keeping all parties as happy as could be. It is this local network that sets Chris above other agents in the area and could be the difference between having a successful sale or not.

Dear Mark and Kiara, No junk mail signs on letterboxes actually include unsolicited marketing materials from real estate agents. If you think that only applies to Best n Less catalogues and neighbourhood pizza joints - I'd probably be more interested in neighbourhood pizza. Please follow the sign. Cheers
