Would fully recommend using this Company for carpet cleaning. Everything went smoothly from the initial telephone contact to a rapid appointmentment due to a rescheduling in their calendar. Fraser worked efficiently and with a pleasant manner throughout the process. I appreciated being asked at the end to verify with him that all possible stains had been removed. Will definitely use this Company again.

Have reported this company to Trading Standards, they have stolen my payments for a yearly plan without the work being carried out, and says it's not his problem and will not refund my money this was for the year Oct 2018-2019, due to C19 and shielding I do not want strangers in my home this year after the plan had finished. Avoid if you want an honest company to do your work.

This is the third time we have used Clifford Cleaning for our oven and first time for the carpets. Both oven and carpets are like new and cannot fault the service they supply. We will be using them again next year and highly recommend this company.

The pre-clean was extremely thorough. Fraser then arrived and together cleaned my carpets to their usual high standard. I await with anticipation the superb job that is booked in for my post Christmas oven.
