I would definitely NOT recommend this agent. It is run by two women. Sally is fine but Louise is very disagreeable and hard to get on with. The final episode of bad management involved allowing two of the tenants to get several months behind on rent as they switched from housing benefit to paying rent directly. They failed to collect any rent or even inform me of the situation. They then commissioned some work, which totalled over 700 to get one of there “preferred workmen” to repaint a damp wall several times!!
