WOW! Logan at Rogers in the Park Place mall is the best at his job. Not only the best cell phone company Rogers but the best Rogers store in Southern Alberta. We got the impossible to get Iphone 12 today and the color we wanted. Very safe clean store. I recommend Rogers to anyone wanting the best deal on a phone with the best network. All the staff are very knowledgable and supper friendly. Rogers has the best protection plain in the Industry. They have all the screen protectors and cases in stock. Do your self a favor and see Logan or any of his staff. You will not me disappointed you did. Happy holidays. :-)

Got a fully paid off phone from a friend from Rogers, and I couldn’t unlock it. I was in a different country and couldn’t get the friend to do it. Now Rogers just wouldn’t do it. They refused me!! Specially since it’s free to unlock a phone, I’m expecting better service!!

It was busy but the staff was super helpful. Andrew had us set up and on our way without any issues. The only thing that didn’t happen was receiving a text with a customer service experience attached. Wish we would have got that for a perfect 10.

I want to start out by saying the staff at the store are amazing and my negative review isn’t toward the staff at all, I used to be a die hard Rogers fan but over the last 6 months I have had nothing but problems. The service has declined significantly. Dropped calls, and being over charged on the bill constantly. Contact them after being a loyal customer for so long and the store has to go thru the call centre. The call centre people are just rude and cannot deal with them. Got offer for other plan at another provider and called to see if they can match for loyalty, nope. Got a tablet from them, worked for about a month then stopped working. Contacted them again and they won’t do anything about it and stuck with a massive device balance and won’t take the device back. I lose service in places I shouldn’t, internet speed is super slow and it’s supposed to be the fastest unlimited. When I first went to Rogers years ago they were good and if I had an issue it was taken care of and they always made sure the customer came first. Now, they just don’t care anymore. Highly recommend going to another provider other then Rogers.

I recently had my cell phone repaired by technicians of this store in Lethbridge who had to send it to their repair center. "They" claimed I dropped it, which I did not. Then they said I dropped it into water which when opened proved to them that did not happen either. Next they claimed that when I picked it up after I "dropped" it I pressed the screen too hard which started the screen to turn black. Do these folks actually follow me around the farm to figure out these stupid ideas? All the pics I need for the volunteer work I do for the water co-op are gone, the only two contacts out of eighty six that are not cleaned off the memory are actually dead! And now if anyone who picks up this stupid device can actually read any e-mails I receive without using a password. Thanks a lot Rogers, can't wait for this contract to be up so I can make the move to Telus or better yet, Verizon! Floyd Cody, Milk River Ab.

employees are generally kind and have good attitude however customers who waited in line for over hour won't be pleased. wait time is just ridiculous. not many people wants to wait in line for one hour specially standing up. management should do something about wait time. call back, appointment servive or simplely have chair. it was overall very bad experience.
