I've bought and sold a few houses over the years but Readings really are head and shoulders above the rest. Other estate agents in the past have appeared to only be interested in what they can get out of me financially, whereas Readings are genuinely interested in helping you. From the initial valuation of my house, to accepting an offer and through to completion, I was guided along the way by Sean and Abby. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The service they offer is fantastic. I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to share my exceptional experience.

I recently sold my house with Readings and the process from start to finish was very professional. Right from the initial valuation carried out by Sean Rushton, to the escorted viewings carried out by Jane Court. I had a choice of buyers and was guided and advised on which offer to accept based on Readings due diligence processes. I was kept informed by Abby at every point of the process. She was proactive in making things happen and always at hand for advice. They certainly took the stress out of my house move and I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Readings.
Until very recently, me and my family have lived in a house managed by Readings for over 15 years and we have always found them helpful, friendly, professional - and always there when we needed them. All property maintenance was carried out by professionals and we felt a sense of security, knowing our property would always be a safe home while we lived there. The people in the office have always been great with us and even in the odd circumstances of Covid and all the difficulties this has caused our daily lives, Readings were still functioning and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend Readings to tenants looking for a home, managed by good people. PF
Very serious staff, every time follow the right procedure. At the end of your tenancy, be careful, they put in your head everything is wrong or broken in the house. Once you explain what's your mistake and what's not your fault and you should not pay for, they can understand and review their position. Close to 5 stars, but at the moment 4 stars is a better reflection about Readings Property Group.
